  • 1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded Mozzarella melts the best but can mix with cheddar.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the mini pandesal in half like little sliders.
  • Place them cut side up on a baking tray. Toast them for 4 to 5 minutes first.
  • Spoon on a thin layer of pizza sauce over the pandesal.
  • Add shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by your chosen toppings, and a slight sprinkle of cheese on top to hold them in place.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let them sit for 2 minutes before serving to cool slightly.
