  • 1/2 cup milk Fresh or evaporated milk
  • 1 cup ice Use chilled water if no ice is available; ice is preferred

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the mangoes and drop the pieces into the blender.
  • Add about 1/2 cup of milk for every medium-sized mango.
  • Blend until smooth, adjusting the sweetness with honey if needed.

Adding Ice

  • You can blend ice with the smoothie or pour it over ice in a glass.
  • Add any optional ingredients like coconut flakes or cinnamon at this step.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and garnish with extra mango chunks or crushed graham crackers.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy it cold and fresh.

Notes

Mango Smoothie is best enjoyed freshly blended for optimum flavor. You can keep it in the fridge for up to a day, but it's tastiest when served right away.
