  • 250 ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
  • 14 ounces Carnation Condensed Milk (396 g)
  • 30 ounces fruit cocktail (canned) (850 g)
  • 12 ounces kaong sugar palm (canned) (340 g)
  • 12 ounces nata de coco coconut gel (canned) (340 g)
  • 1 lb fresh coconut strips (450 g)
  • 4 ounces cheese, diced (113 g)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by draining the syrup from the canned fruit cocktail, kaong, and nata de coco.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fruit cocktail, kaong, nata de coco, fresh coconut strips, diced cheese, Nestle All Purpose Cream, and Carnation Condensed Milk.
  • Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until they are evenly mixed. Be careful not to mash the fruits.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill for about 3 hours.
  • Once chilled, serve your Filipino Fruit Salad in dessert bowls, and enjoy the tropical flavors.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Garnish with extra fresh coconut strips or shredded cheese. Pairs well with grilled meats or as a standalone sweet treat.
