Ingredients

Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped Rotisserie chicken works well
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon calamansi juice or lemon
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar or honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper To taste

Wrap Assembly

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a pan, warm a small splash of oil and sauté garlic for a few seconds.
  • Add chicken, soy sauce, calamansi, sugar, and pepper. Toss until everything smells amazing and the chicken looks glossy.
  • Warm your wraps in a dry pan so they bend easily.
  • Add lettuce, chicken, and sauce. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Slice in half and serve right away.
